1. Quotations

All quotations are based on the information and site conditions available at the time of pricing. If the scope of work changes or site conditions differ from what was originally discussed, additional charges may apply.

2. Scope of Work

The agreed quotation covers only the work described in the estimate or agreement. Any additional work requested after the project has started should be agreed before being carried out.

3. Materials

Materials may be supplied by the client or by LtdDrylining depending on the agreed arrangement. Changes to materials or specifications may affect the final cost and completion time.

4. Access to Site

The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. Delays caused by restricted access or site conditions may affect the schedule.

5. Timeframes

Estimated start and completion dates are given in good faith. They may change due to site readiness, material delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed before work begins. Where applicable, deposits, stage payments and final payments must be made in line with the agreed arrangement.

7. Quality of Work

Work is carried out using suitable methods and materials appropriate to the agreed project. Any concerns should be raised as soon as possible so they can be reviewed.

8. Cancellations and Changes

If a confirmed booking is cancelled or changed at short notice, costs already incurred for labour, preparation or materials may still be chargeable.
